Description
3M Trizact 307EA is a sanding belt featuring a microreplicated abrasive structure in which fine aluminium oxide particles are arranged in precisely formed three-dimensional pyramids. This structure provides consistent abrasive performance and a uniform surface finish.
The flexible rayon J-weight cloth backing allows the sanding belt to conform well to shaped and curved surfaces. The belt contains a grinding aid that helps reduce heat build-up and the risk of discolouration of the workpiece. 3M Trizact 307EA is particularly suitable for finishing and polishing carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel with medium pressure in dry applications.
3M Trizact Technology
3M Trizact technology uses a precisely formed three-dimensional structure of abrasive pyramids. Each pyramid contains layers of fine abrasive mineral that gradually wear away during use, continuously exposing fresh abrasive particles.
