Description

TPC is a thermoplastic material designed for precise shaping and use in demanding conditions. It is one of the popular materials for the production of shaped holsters and tactical equipment. After heating to 160–170 °C, it softens and can be easily shaped by pressing, vacuum or even manually. After cooling, it remains solid, dimensionally stable and mechanically resistant.

The material is resistant to water, impact, abrasion and chemicals, which is why it is suitable for everyday use even in the most demanding conditions. TPC is very easy to machine – it can be cut, drilled, sanded and further shaped according to the specific application. Compared to traditional leather, it has a higher durability, dimensional stability and minimal maintenance requirements.

Thanks to its versatility, TPC is used not only in the production of holsters, but also in tactical accessories, industry and in the production of functional covers and technical components.
